Dr. Gregory Vescera has dedicated every day to mastering his craft since he started practicing physical therapy in 2003. His passion for excellence and drive to offer compassionate patient-centered care was motivated by an experience as a teenager where he received the exact opposite as a patient himself. From that day forward he determined to change the landscape of physical therapy, to make every patient he encountered feel exceptionally valued and cared for. He has completed his Certification in Functional Manual Therapy (CFMT), Diploma in Osteopractic, Certification in Dry Needling (Cert. DN), Certification in Spinal Manipulation (Cert. SMT), Crossfit Level I Trainer, and his Fellowship through the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). After falling in love with the city of Sandy Springs, over the summer of 2019, Dr. Vescera decided to permanently relocate to Atlanta, GA. In collaboration with IPA Physio, he realized his career-long dream of opening his own practice so he could provide the experience he wanted for his patients. He is now able to see each individual, one-on-one for one hour and provide care that is truly patient centered.
