Since earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, Erica has developed her expertise through years of outpatient orthopedic experience treating everything from everyday injuries to sports injuries, pelvic pain, bladder\/bowel dysfunction, hypermobility, complex chronic pain, and more. She blends evidence-based care with hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, and nervous system focused techniques to help patients move more freely, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies.
