Gregory Vescera, a native of New England, earned his Master’s in Physical Therapy from American International College (2003) and later his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University (2014). Greg was first introduced to art of orthopedic manual physical therapy in 2008 when he attended his first Functional Manual Therapy course. He then began the tract to become a Certified Functional Manual Therapist which he earned in 2014.
Following the IPA coursework, Greg focused his education on spinal manipulation and dry needling through the Spinal Manipulative Institute. In 2018, Greg enrolled in the fellowship program taught by the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy and earned fellowship recognition in the American Academy of Orthopedic Physical Therapy (2019).
Greg provides a unique type of therapy service which blends Functional Manual Therapy® and Spinal & Extremity Manipulative Therapy, incorporating Dry Needling, Body TemperingTM and functional exercise programs, resulting in a whole body, systematic – treatment paradigm. Greg is passionate about achieving a holistic wellness which includes: optimal health, peak fitness and proper nutrition.
During the fellowship program, Greg relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where he now resides. He is an active member of AAOMPT, APTA and PTAG and also serves as a Level 1 Crossfit Trainer. Greg is an active individual who enjoys Crossfit, running, hiking, mountain biking and yoga.
